Hello class, like to start off by saying welcome to my new blog page I look forward spending the next ten week's sharing my ideas, thoughts, and finding through my blog. This blog is designed to reflex the readings that are found in my Psychological and Spiritual Aspects of Healing class and to share my ideas with the rest of my classmates. This blog will help myself as well as the reader to understand theories and research associated with human wellness, including transpersonal psychology, integral health, and the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. You (classmates) will begin to see the tremendous potential that resides within each of us to achieve optimal wellness and be able to flourish in our life experience.
In addition, my experience with the Journey on relaxation exercise was very helpful and relaxing. The idea of taking time to reflex on myself and to tap into a deeper part of my spirit and conscience made me more aware of myself and put me into a more peaceful state of mind, spirit, and body.

ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a good relaxation journey.The idea of taking time to relax is good, I take yoga to relax on a weekly basis and find it very enjoyable, it helps me check out of daily stress and it makes me more aware of my physical being.In turn I find myself more at peace with my self.
